PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device that pressurizes and supplies a liquid toward a downstream side, on which the liquid is consumed, even at suction drive time when a pump provided in a liquid supply channel sucks the liquid into a pump chamber, and also to provide a liquid ejecting device including the liquid supply device. SOLUTION: The liquid supply device includes: an ink channel 15 that supplies an ink from an upstream side as an ink cartridge 13 side to the downstream side, on which the ink is consumed; the pump 43 that pumps and drives a part of the ink channel 15 as a pump chamber; a suction side valve 41 that is provided in the ink channel 15 at a position on an upstream side from the pump chamber to permit the ink to flow from the upstream side to the downstream side; a ball valve 39 that is provided in the ink channel 15 at a position on a downstream side from the pump chamber to permit the ink to flow from the upstream side to the downstream side; and a discharge side valve 45 that is disposed in the ink channel 15 in a position on a downstream side from the ball valve 39 and stores the ink in a pressure-accumulated state.
