PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more inexpensive handle rotating device for ladle which can easily rotate an arm in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The arm 3 for suspending is rollably supported to the spindle 7 of a ladle 1, and a rolling means 10 is provided between the arm 3 and the spindle 7. The rolling means 10 has a function of rolling the arm 3 around the axis of the spindle 7 by rotating a handle 16. A driving roller 21 is pressed against the outer circumference 16a of the handle 16, and the driving roller 21 is rotated by driving force, so as to rotate the handle 16, and the arm 3 is rolled. The handle 16 is provided at a holding member rolling around the axis of the spindle 7 integrally with the arm 3.
