PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inputting error of an examination comment, and to easily and accurately input the comment. SOLUTION: The medical image reading apparatus comprises a three-dimensional model memory 31 for storing data on three-dimensional vascular models corresponding to a plurality of regions of a subject; a vascular name database 32 for storing a plurality of name data corresponding to a plurality of vascular regions of the models; a three-dimensional model display part 34 for displaying a specific model selected from a plurality of models based on the direction of a user; and a comment creation supporting part 35 for reading the name corresponding to the vascular region specified by the user on the displayed model from the vascular name database 32 and inserting the read name into the examination comment.
