PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the inconvenience that a critical time zone during which a staff person gets off a patient is generated, the emergency situation without the original work of medicine, nursing and caring, etc., at all is generated, and sound and atmospheres caused by work generate unmeasurable anxiety and fear for patients and family members or the like, in the present situation that conventionally there is no stretcher for washing a dead body and the ancient ceremony of deathwatch (washing a dead body) is left from a mortician to a hospital and is put in the criteria of nursing actions. SOLUTION: A lift is provided with a box-shaped table having a bag-like heat insulation mat for laying the dead body, a means capable of elevating and lowering an enclosure by hooking a perpendicular projection to the enclosure provided on the outer cylinder of a pole with stoppers for which the perpendicular projection around the table connect inner/outer cylinders generates space inside the enclosure, a box-shaped heat insulation sheet provided with a body position conversion sheet is equipped in the space, and the enclosure is provided with a cover.
