The aid (1) has a bolt (3) lockable in rotational position and twisting around an axis (2). A release lever (4) is arranged orthogonal to the axis. Arms (5, 6) are provided at the release lever in a peripheral direction relative to the axis. The aid is supported at a component i.e. brake caliper of motor vehicle, by the arms. The arms are arranged at an end of a bar (8) extending parallel to the axis. An end of the bar is arranged at the lever. Protective elements (9, 9') i.e. elastic buffer element, are arranged at a free end of the arms, where arms in the peripheral direction are curved.
