<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separately and independently set a component part formed based on a commodity model and a business flow generated based on a business processing regulation. <P>SOLUTION: The device determines a business flow model to be adopted based on input definition information related to business flow, reads information of the selected business flow model from a business flow model database, and generates a business flow by embedding the definition information to an undefined item of the read business flow model.
