<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently notify a server of another site about an address of a distributed monitoring server newly added into a site. <P>SOLUTION: A copy device 230 comprises a transmitting/receiving unit 231 for receiving data and a copy unit 232 for transmitting received data to both a job system 220 and a distributed monitoring server 210, and the job system 220 comprises a transmitting/receiving unit 221 for receiving data transmitted from the copy device and a determination unit 222 for determining whether or not a format of received data is registered in the present device beforehand, delivering the data to a job unit 223 of the present device when the format is registered in the present device, and discarding the data when the format is not registered in the present device.
