<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep groove ball bearing capable of avoiding rise in the temperature of the bearing and increasing the allowable rotational frequency of the bearing by improving oil film retention performance between balls and a cage and promoting appropriate inflow-discharge of lubricating oil. <P>SOLUTION: The deep groove ball bearing is provided with: an inner ring 1; an outer ring 2; the plurality of balls 3 rollingly provided between the inner and outer rings 1, 2; the cage 3 for holding the balls 3 at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction; and oil reservoir plates 5 mounted to axial both ends on the outer ring side, respectively. The deep groove ball bearing is used in the environment of oil lubrication. The inner diameter Ds of the oil reservoir plate 5 is set to be not more than the revolution diameter PCD of the ball 3, and the shortest distance between an outer diameter part of the inner ring 1 and an inner diameter part of the oil reservoir plate 5 is set to be 9% or more of the diameter Dw of the ball 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
