PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electronic apparatus by which more electrolytic capacitor can be fixed with smaller area and a plurality of electrolytic capacitors can be easily and collectively fixed, and to provide the electronic apparatus using the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrolytic capacitors 10 are stored in a storage case 20 while facing the same direction. In the case 20, the plurality of electrolytic capacitors 10 are disposed closely having anode terminals 11a and cathode terminals 11b arrayed in the same direction. Two foaming agents are stuck on a side surface of each electrolytic capacitor 10 at opposite positions. In this state, the foaming agents 1 are made to foam and then the space wherein the electrolytic capacitor 10 can move on a plane disappears, so that the electrolytic capacitor 10 is fixed. In an axial direction, the electrolytic capacitor 10 is fixed with a coating 1a remaining after the expansion and a recessed groove 12 formed on the side surface of the electrolytic capacitor 10.
