PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a possibility of an occurrence of an accident due to a rebounded ball. SOLUTION: This target body surely prevents the rebounding of a ball by a layered body of a low-repulsive viscoelastic material layer 1 which absorbs a shock when a thrown ball, a hit ball or, in a golf practice, a fully-shot ball with a driver collides thereon and has a function at least temporarily stopping the ball at the collided part, and an impact absorber layer 2 provided in the back side of the low-repulsive viscoelastic material layer.
