PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape for forming an double eyelid which is capable of being attached to an eyelid by holding both ends of the tape and which has a structure that the holding part can easily be cut off after being attached to the eyelid. SOLUTION: An adhesive tape is formed by having a mount stuck to both ends of a tape which has an adhesive layer at least on one surface, and by having a separation type sheet pasted on the adhesive layer side. On this adhesive tape, cuts are provided intermittently along the mount, and cuts are provided form one end of the mount to the other opposing end of the mount.
