PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow capable of providing a user with a comfortable sleep by favorably retaining the fitting property of the neck part as well as the head part in use. SOLUTION: This pillow includes: a base having a predetermined height; a flat and bag-shaped lower mat provided on the base, wherein the inside is filled with gas; and a flat and bag-shaped upper mat provided on the lower mat and having elasticity by filling its inside with gas or liquid. This pillow is further provided with a neck support body having a cylindrical shape with closed both ends and being elastic by filling its inside with gas, and mounted at the end edge of the lower mat positioned at the user's neck part, projecting from the base and the upper mat is extended to the neck support body.
