PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercising apparatus capable of appropriately informing a user of an exercise effect. SOLUTION: The exercising apparatus includes a movable part 2 where the user is to ride and a drive part 3 for moving the movable part, and a force detection means S for detecting force given to the movable part by the user riding on the movable part, a standard physical strength database D wherein the values of the force and physical strength ages are stored in correspondence, and an operation control part C for referring to the standard physical strength database, calculating the physical strength age from the force detected in the force detection means and reporting the physical strength age to the user through a reporting means are provided. The physical strength age is obtained from the force given to the movable part by the user when the user moves the body matched with the movement of the movable part, and is imparted to the user.
