PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable animal feed and water diepenser from which an animal could be fed water or flowable feed in a bottle. SOLUTION: The feed/water dispenser 10 includes a trough portion 1, a cap portion 3 and a water/feed transfer portion 8 having an orifice 9. When carrying the feed/water dispenser 10, the cap portion 3 is attached to the bottle 6 through first female threads 4 to cap the opening of the bottle 6 in a state in which the trough portion 1 covers the bottle 6. When providing the water or the feed to the animal, the water/feed transfer portion 8 is attached to the bottle 6 through a second internally threaded portion 11, and the content of the bottle 6 is transferred to the trough portion 1 through the orifice 9.
