PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which is easily producible and gives excellent effect on the moisture retention of the skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises 60 wt.% camellia oil, 27 wt.% jojoba oil and 13 wt.% squalane oil. Since the cosmetic which comprises camellia oil, jojoba oil and squalane oil containing triglycerides, wax esters and squalene constituting the main components of skin surface lipid as main components at ratios close to the weight ratios of the components in the skin surface lipid, the cosmetic can replenish the components similar to those of the skin surface lipid, and has excellent permeability to the skin and moisture retention property of the skin.
