Technology is described herein for providing a multi-compartmental medication and supplement organizer that can be rolled or folded and "dissected" as needed so that an individual may take needed medications along when traveling while leaving unneeded medications behind. The multi-compartmental medication and supplement organizer allows for carrying medications needed for an extended period of time in an organized yet compact manner, while giving the option of easily carrying specific portions, regimens or subsets of the medication as desired.
