PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid coating machine capable of easily performing interchanging operation of a stencil printing plate only by one operator. SOLUTION: A rotary screen printing machine is equipped with a rotary screen cylinder 32 for applying an ink on a sheet-like article conveyed by a conveying means, and a space S for a printing plate interchanging operation whose upper part is closed, and the conveying direction of the sheet-like article of which is regulated by a liquid coating part comprising the other apparatuses and the rotary screen cylinder 32, and at least one of which in the direction orthogonal to the delivery direction of the sheet-like article is opened, and in which the operator performs the interchanging operation of a screen printing plate 35. The rotary screen printing machine is equipped with a printing plate receiving stand 50 which is provided below the rotary screen cylinder 32 and supported so as to be movable to a first position in the liquid coating part and to a second position in the space S for the printing plate interchanging operation.
