摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mesh a gear in a parking lock mechanism causing minimum movement of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When a brake pedal position BP is larger than a threshold value Bref after shifting a shift position SP to a parking position (S120), torque in the direction based on a front shift position (a front SP) is output from a motor MG2 over a predetermined time tref1 (S150-S180). Thus, the gear in the parking lock mechanism can be meshed causing no movement of the vehicle. When the brake pedal position BP is the threshold value Bref or less after shifting the shift position SP to the parking position (S120), the torque is output from the motor MG2 over a predetermined time tref 2 (S220-S250).
