<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail the time necessary for shaping a high accuracy shaped article. <P>SOLUTION: In a package exposure optical system 12 and a beam scanning optical system 13, an ultraviolet curable resin 51 is exposed every small work domain which is a division of a whole work domain wherein optical shaping work is carried out into a plurality of domains. A control part 17 controls the intensity of light by the packager exposure optical system 12 and the beam scanning optical system 13 and an exposure time every small work domain, and the ultraviolet curable resin 51 of a plurality of rank portions in a prescribed small work domain is exposed at once.
