<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a self-emitting silicon light emission display to be easily formed through the use of normal silicon-process by defining silicon and oxygen as main materials, which plentifully exist on the earth. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting element includes: the first electrode part for electron injection; the second electrode part for hole injection; and a light emitting part electrically connected to the first and second electrode parts.
