<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration not requiring work for finding out an online bookstore, dealing a target book, from among many online bookstores when purchasing a related book such as a sequel in an electronic-book sales system in which the purchased electronic book is downloaded from a distribution server of a wholesale bookstore. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic-book sales system is configured to include a history server that extracts and stores information regarding books, wholesale bookstores, and users included in a delivery confirmation signal transmitted to a confirmation server, designated by a bookstore from a DRM server for distributing a decryption key of an encrypted electronic book. When detecting that a user instructs purchase of a related book of the electronic book purchased by the user last time, a user terminal accesses to the history server and acquires a URL of an online bookstore so as to connect to a web server of the online bookstore. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
