<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system for making both the quickness and flexibility of a workflow compatible with the validity of approval processing in each step of the workflow. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow system 10 for processing a document according to a workflow having a plurality of steps includes: a workflow management server 11; a drafter terminal 12; and approver terminals 14 and 15.
