PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the sound field of a specified range, without having to provide a sound-reflecting board in an exclusive manner.

SOLUTION: The speech signal output device includes a drive section 12 which receives an incident wave and generates a driving signal having the same phase as that of the incident wave; and an output section for outputting an output wave having the same phase as that of the incident wave, by driving of the driving signal.
