<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which enables a transportation business firm or the like to effectively conduct safe driving and avoid danger. <P>SOLUTION: The CPU 51 of an operation-recording device 50 monitors G values, which an acceleration sensor 63 detects, and determines whether the G values are a reference G value or smaller. If a detected G value exceeds the reference G value, the CPU 51 conducts a counter danger operation. The operation-recording device 50 acquires traffic information from public DSRC road-side machines 20 and changes the reference G value, according to the contents of the traffic information.
