PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device and a computer program for performing access control and alteration discrimination. SOLUTION: A disk drive 11 sets a read-out permission region in a recording region of an optical disk 3 based on stored drive information access limit information 33, outputs a read-out limit signal when read-out indication being not included in the read-out permission region is received. A read-out indicating part 14 accumulates discrimination regions in a discrimination region accumulating part 15 when the read-out limit signal is detected for read-out indication about a discrimination region given to the disk drive part 11, and sets the discrimination region again in part or all of the recording region of the optical disk 3 excluding accumulated discrimination regions. When it is discriminated by an alteration discriminating part 13 that part of content data 31 read out from the discrimination region by the disk drive part 11 is altered, output of a reproduction signal of the content data 31 by a reproduction signal output part 12 is prohibited.
