PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-contact charging electronic paper for charging a secondary battery without opening an enclosure to take out the secondary battery and transmitting and rewriting information to be displayed on a screen. SOLUTION: The non-contact electronic paper 1 is composed at least of: a display unit panel 6 having two substrates 2 and 3 filled with a display medium 4 therebetween, at least either of which is transparent and displays information, such as an image, by driving the display medium; a non-contact charging rechargeable battery function unit 7 provided on the back face of the display unit panel; and an electromagnetic wave shielding layer 8 provided between the display unit panel and the non-contact charging rechargeable battery function unit 7.
