摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetism composite consolidated core capable of suppressing reduction in the specific resistance in a surface portion. SOLUTION: An oxide coating soft magnetism particle constituted of an Mg containing oxide film is mixed with an inorganic binder to be consolidated by a die for manufacturing the soft magnetism composite consolidation core. After the soft magnetism composite consolidation core is removed from the die, its surface is cleaned with an inorganic acid, Fe oxidation scale of the surface is removed, and a soft magnetism metal particle, after consolidation, removes a continuity part which extends along the surface and is formed by plastic deformation. Thus, the inside consolidated soft magnetism metal particle and an oxide film coating it are brought into a state of being exposed to the surface so as to increase the specific resistance.
