PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole capable of adding an antibacterial function and a deodorization function, or the like to the inside of a shoe, capable of retaining these functions for a long period, capable of being easily manufactured, and capable of having designability. SOLUTION: A resin coating layer 32 including first metal powder and a resin coating layer 33 including second metal powder with a tendency of ionization different from that of the first metal are formed on the surface of the insole (fabric 30 and urethane layer 31). It is preferable that the resin coating layer 32 including the first metal powder and the resin coating layer 33 including the second metal power are printed as patterns on the surface of the insole. When perspiration 35 flows out of a foot 34 when a user wears shoes with the insoles for shoes put inside the shoes, potential is generated between the metal A in the resin coating layer 32 and the metal B in the resin coating layer 33 with the perspiration 35 as the electrolyte, and weak electric currents flow inside the body or on the surface of the body of the user.
