<p>A tool for the shoulder exercise is provided, which effectively relaxes the muscle of the shoulder, the back, and neck and strengthens the muscle. A tool for the shoulder exercise comprises: a rod(10) of the cylinder shape having the circular cross section; and two handles(20) which are mounted on both end parts of the rod symmetrically and slide in the wave shape in the longitudinal direction of the rod. The twist handle consists of a fixing unit(220) which is combined with the rod; and a slide part(210) which is mounted in order to slide on outer circumference.</p> |
