There is provided a method of providing advertising information, a system for providing advertising information, and a program for providing advertising information that: enable users to be broadly provided with advertising information from the vicinity by utilizing location information without regard to place names; are useful for users; and can contribute to highly effective advertising for an advertiser. This method of providing advertising information that provides advertising information 4a of an advertiser 24a to a mobile telephone terminal 2 comprises the steps of: acquiring a search keyword 8f that has been input through the mobile telephone terminal 2; extracting location information 22a from the search keyword 8f; extracting location information 22b that has been associated with location information 22a; extracting the advertising information 4a of the advertiser 24a located within a predetermined range while using the location corresponding to the location information 22b as a base point; and providing the extracted advertising information 4a to the mobile telephone terminal 2.
