A discount coupon and fund support complex settlement approval processing system is provided to apply values corresponding to various discount coupons issued by various member shops to voucher target customers, during card payment using value-linked cards, thereby offering double discount benefits. An information receiver(2715) receives a payment approval request statement including a customer's card information sent by a terminal equipped in a member shop, member shop information, and payment money information. An information confirming unit reads the statement to confirm the customer's card information, the member shop information, and the payment money information. The information confirming unit confirms whether a member shop is able to support fund through the member shop information, and confirms discount coupon information provided to the customer from the member shop. The information confirming unit confirms fund support information connected to the customer's card information. |
