FOAM PAD STRUCTURE OF SEATBACK OF A VEHICLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A foam pad structure of a vehicle seat back and a method of manufacturing a foam pad are provided to guide an expanding direction of an air bag cushion of a side air bag to a right direction when the air bag cushion is expanded to protect a person who is in the vehicle from accidents. A structure of a foam pad(7) of a vehicle seat back includes fabric having a cut(13) which is formed on a route from an air bag module(3) to a cover sewing line(11) and induces an air bag cushion(9) to be expanded. The fabric surrounds the air bag module and is foamed. The fabric is integrated with the middle part of the cross section of the foam pad.
