A method for manufacturing a radish tea is provided to remove the offensive odor of radish and to increase the taste by using elvan. A method for manufacturing a radish tea comprises the steps of chopping radish and drying it with the cold wind of 5~10°C; putting elvan gravel and the dried radish into a ceramic container and parching it at 80~100°C; drying the parched radish with the cold wind of 5~10°C; mixing 90~99 weight% of the water of 70~90°C and 1~10 weight% of the radish and brewing it for 30~60 min; and filtering the brewed one and heating the clean liquid at 70~90°C.
