An organic light emitting diode display unit with an improved sealing structure is provided to increase the thickness of wiring patterns more than the maximum diameter of a filler, thereby preventing the damage to the wiring patterns. A first substrate(10) is divided into a light-emitting region and a non-emitting region. The light-emitting region includes a plurality of organic light emitting diodes and a thin film transistor. The non-emitting region includes wiring patterns(40). The wiring patterns are electrically connected to an integrated circuit or a flexible printed circuit board. A first substrate and a second substrate are combined with each other by a sealing member(30).
