A payment system and method using mobile authorized certification, and a mobile terminal are provided to enable the mobile terminal to directly perform an electronic signature based on authorized certification, thereby more clearly conducting user confirmation during payment using the mobile terminal. An authorized certification module has a mobile authorized certificate, performs a mobile electronic signature as a password of a user's authorized certificate is inputted, and demands signature authentication to a mobile authentication center server(20). An application for authorized certification payment receives scheduled payment details from a payment server(30) by being driven in a mobile terminal(10), and inputs payment information as driving the authorized certification module, then conducts a signature authentication request to the server. |
