A label manufacturing method using a polyurethane resin mixture and a label using the same are provided to improve productivity and work efficiency by simplifying manufacturing processes. A label manufacturing method using a polyurethane resin mixture includes the following steps of: producing a mixture consisting of urethane and mixing oil 0.05 weight%, pigment 10~15 weight%, polyurethane resin 65~75 weight%, polyurethanes foam 15~25 weight%, and a hardener 5.3 weight%(S100); removing air bubbles of the mixture(S200); injecting the mixture into a mold in which a letter and a figure are formed(S310,S320); hardening and cooling the mixture; and separating the mixture from the mold(S600).
