METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE COMPOST BY USING THE FEEDSTUFF UTILIZATION OF HONGJU

A method for preparing compost using Hongju(Korean red alcohol) lees as a fermenting liquid and the composed prepared by the same are provided to strengthen plants and to secure excellent taste and nutrients of the plants. A method for preparing compost using Hongju(Korean red alcohol) lees as a fermenting liquid comprises the following steps of: spraying the predetermined amount of the Hongju lees on an organic byproduct and mixing them; adjusting the moisture content of the mixture to 80% or more; repeatedly mixing the mixture using a mixer in order to put the air to the mixture; fermenting the mixture while maintaining the moisture content to 75% or more; and supplying the air to the fermented compost until the compost completely ferments.
