A 3D image pattern implementer using a DMD module is provided to achieve high speed pattern generation and movement of a pattern according to a location of the pattern in a moving or fixed state of an object, thereby exactly implementing a 3D image pattern. A 3D image pattern implementer for generating a pattern for implementing a 3D image comprises the followings. A reflector(40) reflects a 3D test pattern, irradiated from a DMD(digital micromirror device) module(10), so as to be irradiated to an object(A). A vertical camera(20) vertically captures an image by the 3D test pattern of the DMD module with respect to the object. An angle camera(30) captures an image by the 3D test pattern of the DMD module at a predetermined angle with respect to the object.
