A power lock apparatus for interrupting power is provided to maximize a power-saving effect by interrupting automatically unnecessary power in an absent state of workers in an office. A power lock apparatus for interrupting power interrupts automatically unnecessary power of an office in an absent state of workers. A power connector(2), a power connecting line(3), an electric wire(4), and a spring(5) are mounted in a wall body corresponding to the power lock apparatus. The power connector comes in contact with the power connecting line in order to apply electric power to the power lock apparatus. The power connector is separated from the power connecting line in order to interrupt the electric power when a locking bar(1) of a gate(6) is inserted into the wall body. The power connector is connected with the power connecting line in order to apply the electric power when the locking bar of the gate is drawn from the wall body. The power connector is moved by the locking bar.
