A cover bottle for the frozen PET bottle for beverage is provided to improve the warmth-keeping efficiency and to allow it to be combined to a common PET bottle easily. A cover bottle for the frozen PET bottle(P) is combined to the neck of a PET bottle and comprises a cover bottle cap(100) which has a hole which the neck(N) of a PET bottle passes, and a combination part(120) engaged to a flange(S) formed at the neck part of the PET bottle, and is prepared with the size capable of maintaining the constant interval with the body of the PET bottle; and a cover bottle body(110) which is combined to the lower end of the cover bottle cap to surround the body of the PET bottle with forming an air layer of a constant thickness.
