A message send button operating method and system, and a recording medium therefor are provided to display a location of a store on a map, and to equip a message send button at the store's position, thereby sending messages to various designated communication units by using the message send button. A message send button operating server(110) registers at least more than one piece of information through a user terminal(120). A web server provides a user interface for inputting at least more than one piece of communication unit information for receiving a response message and message information to be sent to the user terminal. A message processing server(105) receives the communication unit information and the message information. A message received through the message processing server is relayed to a communication unit registered through the operating server.
