A foldable bicycle with a pair of front-wheels is provided to minimize the volume because the saddle pillar is folded into the top of the center frame and is attached closely. A foldable bicycle with a pair of front-wheels comprises a center frame(F1) which is horizontally arranged, a driving unit(3) which consists of a driving sprocket(31), a crank shaft(32) and a pedal(33), a steering shaft(W) which is vertically coupled with the front end of the center frame, a front wheel unit(FW) in which a pair of front wheels(FW-1) are installed and which is coupled with the lower part of the steering column, a saddle post(4) in which a saddle(42) is mounted on the top thereof, and a rear wheel unit(RW) wherein a driven sprocket(RW-4) is axially installed in a hub shaft(RW-3). The rear wheel frame(RW-2) comprises a connection frame (F2) which is connected to the hub shaft of the rear wheel(RW-1) to be inclined, a buffer(SU) which absorbs impact and connects the connection frame and saddle post, a fastening unit(Q) which connects the connection frame and buffer so that it can be detached, and a position maintenance unit which prevents abnormality incline in motion.
