STEERING COLUMN FOR A VEHICLE

A vehicle steering column is provided to minimize clearance caused by a gap between an inner jacket and an outer jacket while maintaining a uniform sliding force. A vehicle steering column includes an outer jacket, an inner jacket, and a telescopic bushing(100). The inner jacket is inserted into the outer jacket. The telescopic bushing is inserted between the outer jacket and the inner jacket to compensate for clearance and one side of the telescopic bushing is opened. The telescopic bushing includes protrusions(120) and a mounting part(130). The protrusions are formed at an equal interval along the outer side of both ends of the mounting part. The mounting part is located along the outer face of the bushing.
