<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output system and a musical performance system that enable a user to enjoy a musical performance like orchestra performance by generating voices of musical performance parts that respective players are in charge of in timing without always continuously sending an indication signal, and also to easily add new musical piece data. <P>SOLUTION: A conductor device 1 sends musical piece data including musical performance data of at least one or more kinds of parts as musical sound data 3 together in specified timing together with a timing signal.
