A punching unit of an air venting hole of a tire mold is provided to reduce working time, and to punch an air hole rapidly and correctly by setting up a location of the air hole in various angles with simple operation of a control part. A punching unit of an air venting hole of a tire mold includes a worktable(10), a moving base(20), a main base(30), a semicircle frame(40), a first driving motor, and a control part(60). The worktable fixes a mold(5) to a horizontal direction. The moving base is placed on the surface with a fastening guide unit. The main base is combined with a fine moving guide part, and installed at a supporting board(1) vertically. The semicircle frame is installed at the main base, and moves the moving vase around a supporting shaft. The first driving motor is installed at the main base and operates the fine moving guide part with a driving chain. The control part controls operation of the first driving motor and a second driving motor(90).
