A memo board is provided, which makes withdrawal easy since the memo board is protruded more than and opening and can be used as a desk. A memo board installed in the gallery chair comprises: a receipt box which is formed in order to receive the memo board inside the armrest side plate(20) of a chair; an opening formed on the armrest side plate in the lengthwise direction; a rotating member bonding groove formed in the opening upper side terminal; a rotating member elastic piece(23) formed in one side around the rotating member bonding groove; a memo board support piece(24) formed in the other side of the rotating member bonding groove; a rotating member(40) placed in the rotating member bonding groove; a memo board combining member(50) combined with a rotating member; and a memo board combined with a memo board combining member.
