PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control active access by an end user to contents and applications released on a platform. SOLUTION: The platform such as a community is provided in a WWW information providing space. An information provider releases the contents and applications to the end user by installing pavilions on the community. An authorizing and issuing organization with common sense examines and judges contents provided for application according to fixed policy and standard and allows authorized contents to be accessed. The authorizing and issuing organization limits active access by the end user to information source to maintain service quality and grade. |
