<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spontaneous information propagation managing system using a communication network to propagate only information judged to be satisfactory by a person with accurate judgement power by changing propagation strength on the basis of the reliability of an information provider, and to propagate the information to the other users without performing any explicit transfer action, and to make this sytem find out proper propagation destinations. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a server 10 to virtually construct an information transmission path to successively provide mouth-to-mouth information to terminal equipment 20a to 20n of each user, that is, the information transmission path having hierarchically formed tree structures.
