An eco-friendly tunnel construction method using the artificial ground is provided to form a tunnel eco-friendlily by minimizing the soil cutting, and to reduce the cost of construction, to shorten a period of construction and to make construction easy. An eco-friendly tunnel construction method using the artificial ground comprises the steps of surveying topography, setting up a construction plan for constructing a tunnel, exposing a rock block around a pithead of a tunnel to be constructed from the in-situ ground, forming the artificial ground by paving and banking lean-mixed concrete to the rock block exposed to have the height and width of the pithead of a tunnel to be constructed, and tamping horizontally and curing the surface, forming a tunnel pithead portion by cutting out a slope of the in-situ ground located on the lower front of the artificial ground, and forming a tunnel by excavating the tunnel pithead portion and the inside of the tunnel pithead portion.
