<p>A video rescue management system and a method thereof are provided to issue control and order suitable for a fire situation to a fire station while directly monitoring the situation of a fire spot in a report reception stage. A video terminal(110) is used for a video call-based report in an emergency situation. A video rescue manager(120) requests signal processing and transmits a result to an ordering server(160), an IP(Internet Protocol)-based private video rescue manager, and a report reception desk client(150) according to a received video report. The ordering server provides report reception desk connection information and video connection information by a CID(Caller ID) request and a report reception desk situation inquiry request of the video rescue manager. The report reception desk client receives the report and controls a fire spot by receiving video and a CID from the video rescue manager, and monitoring the received video.</p> |
